Our foundations are custom built to their site, taking into account soil conditions, water tables, even the quality of the backfill. We make sure every detail is perfect: the base properly compacted, the formwork set up right, the concrete free of voids. KRM pays attention to the details that ensures our foundations will remain dry and crack-free for as long as it has a building to hold up
Retaining walls are relatively rigid walls used for supporting the soil mass laterally so that the soil can be retained at different levels on the two sides. Retaining walls are structures designed to restrain soil to a slope that it would not naturally keep to (typically a steep, near-vertical or vertical slope).
Our job is helping ensure the safety of commercial buildings and preventing any hidden dangers from down-slope movement or erosion.
